大跨度异形空间钢结构连体方案设计与分析

摘要 本工程采用一种大跨度异形钢结构连体连接两侧建筑主体框架结构以实现建筑效果,主体结构高度为35.4 m,连体跨度为81.92 m。在“投资-建设-运营”一体化理念指引下,对正交正放网架和正放四角锥网架方案进行综合对比分析,指出钢结构连体采用正交正放网架方案更为合理,建设及运营更具安全性、耐久性。在确定连体结构方案以及连体与主体结构连接方式基础上,采用有限元软件对连体结构变形、受力特点、构件应力、结构整体稳定性和关键节点进行数值分析,依据结果对关键节点进行构造设计,以保证结构设计安全、经济、合理。 This project adopts a large-span irregular steel structure connected to the main frame structure on both sides of the building to achieve the building effect.The height of the main structure is 35.4 m,and the connected span is 81.92 m.Under the guidance of the integrated concept of‘investment construction operation’,by comparing and analyzing the rationality of orthogonal and square pyramid grid schemes,it is pointed that the use of orthogonal grid scheme for steel structure connections is more reasonable,and the construction and operation are safer and more durable.On the basis of determining the scheme of the connected structure and the connection method between the connected structure and the main structure,finite element software is used to conduct a numerical analysis of the deformation,stress characteristics,component stress,overall stability of the structure,and key nodes of the connected structure.Based on the analysis results,key nodes are constructed and designed to ensure the safety,economy,and rationality of the structural design.
