农民专业合作社是近年来土地流转的新兴模式。调查结果显示,农民专业合作社模式具有鲜明的特色,反映了农业发展的新要求。虽然其法律地位不够明确,在实际运行中也出现了内部组织不完善、配套措施不健全等问题,需要不断完善内部建设并亟待法律、法规加以规制,可是其经济与社会效益显著,值得推广,但应结合当地的实际情况加以选择。

The specialized farmer cooperative is a mode for the circulation of the right to contract for management of land emerging in recent years.Based on the investigation,the mode of specialized farmer cooperative has distinguishable features and reflects the new requirement for the development of agriculture.Notwithstanding the fact that due to its unclear legal status,imperfect internal organization and unsound supporting measures,the internal organization of such mode is subject to continuous perfection and relevant rules and regulations are subject to development,such mode has outstanding benefit to economic and society and deserves promotion,provide however,selection of such mode shall be based on the facts of relevant regions.
