This article introduces the construction technology of steel structures for highway roads and bridges,and takes a highway road and bridge as an example to conduct a detailed analysis of the construction technology of the steel bridge.Several suggestions are put forward on how to improve the construction quality.An analysis and discussion are conducted on the structural characteristics and construction technology of a fully welded steel bridge in the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou.A feasible construction technology and welding technology are put forward.Practice has proved that the welding technology adopted in this project can effectively improve the welding quality of steel bridges,and has certain reference significance for the full welding road and bridge construction in the future.
