亚硫酸锌酸解析与Fe^(2+)控制的工艺研究及应用

摘要 针对国内某冶炼公司用氧化锌吸收低浓度二氧化硫工艺产生的亚硫酸锌,通过加入Fe_(2)O_(3)参与反应,解析回收亚硫酸锌。文章分析了吸收产物亚硫酸锌矿浆酸解析及Fe^(2+)形成的机理,研究了矿浆液固比、锌电解废液投入方式和终酸浓度对矿浆解析过程中产生Fe^(2+)的影响。结果表明,当矿浆液固比为6∶1、电解废液一次性投入和终酸浓度为50~70 g/L时,亚硫酸锌平均解析率为95.9%,解析液中Fe^(2+)的平均质量浓度为5.2g/L,其浓度符合锌浸出系统的要求,可应用于回收烟气治理工艺产生的亚硫酸锌。 In view of zinc sulfite produced by zinc oxide absorption process with low concentration of sulfur dioxide in a domestic smelting company,Fe_(2)O_(3)was added to participate in the reaction to resolve and recover zinc sulfite.The article analyzes the mechanism of acid precipitation and Fe^(2+)formation in the absorption product zinc sulfite slurry,and studies the effects of slurry liquid-solid ratio,zinc electrolysis waste liquid input method,and final acid concentration on the production of Fe2+during the slurry precipitation process.The results show that when the slurry liquid-solid ratio is 6:1,the electrolytic waste liquid is put into operation at one time and the final acid concentration is 50~70 g/L,the average resolution rate of zinc sulfite is 95.9%,and the average mass concentration of Fe^(2+)in the solution is 5.2g/L,which meets the requirements of the zinc leaching system,and can be used to recover zinc sulfite produced by the flue gas treatment process.
