摘要
文章针对现行的高速公路中央分隔带绿篱修剪方式不安全、影响车辆正常行驶、修剪效率低等问题,研究与设计了一款高速公路中央分隔带绿篱修剪机器人,对中央分隔带绿篱进行了往返式修剪。通过模拟实验发现:当窄体自行走电动车车速为2 km/h,刀盘中的切割刀头行走速度为10 m/min时,绿篱修剪效果好,修剪面平整无痕。绿篱修剪机器人工作时无须配备操作人员,能自动避开障碍物,很好地满足了高速公路中央分隔带对绿篱修剪工况的要求,也保证了养护施工安全,具有较好的推广应用前景。
In view of the problems such as the unsafe pruning method of the hedgerow in the central segregated zone of the expressway,affecting the normal running of vehicles and low efficiency,the highway central divider hedge cutting robot is researched and designed to carry out round trip trimming of the central divider hedge.Through the simulation experiment,it is found that when the speed of narrow-body self-propelled electric vehicle is 2 km/h and walking speed of the cutting head of the cutter tray is 10 m/min,the effect of hedge pruning is good and the pruning surface is smooth without marks.The hedger trimming robot does not need to be equipped with operators and can automatically avoid obstacles,which meets the requirements of the hedge trimming working conditions well and ensures the safety of maintenance and construction.It has the prospect of promotion and application.
