摘要
CA6140卧式车床是应用十分广泛的金属切削机床,采用继电器—接触器控制,存在电气控制线路较复杂、动作速度慢、安全可靠性较差、故障诊断与排除较为困难等问题。可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)的控制系统设计因功能强大、易于实现、成本较低、可靠性高而得到了广泛应用。文章以CA6140车床为例,探讨PLC在CA6140车床电气控制系统改造设计中的应用,运用Automation Studio进行控制系统的改造设计及仿真。
CA6140 horizontal lathe is a very widely used metal cutting machine tool that uses relay-contactor control.It has problems such as complex electrical control circuits,slow action speed,poor safety and reliability,and difficult fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.The control system design of programmable logic controller(PLC)has been widely used due to its powerful function,easy implementation,low cost,and high reliability.This article takes the CA6140 lathe as an example to explore the application of PLC in the electrical control system renovation design of the CA6140 lathe,and uses Automation Studio to carry out the renovation design and simulation of the control system.
