The rise of Online teaching has accelerated the application of digital technology in education,and some colleges and universities have encountered a series of teaching problems due to lack of experience and low digital capabilities.Digital technology is the key to promoting the digital transformation of education and plays a crucial role in the development of colleges and universities education quality.The article is based on the perspective of digital technology to study the factors that affect the digital capabilities and transformation of schools.Research has shown that digital technology has five levels of impact on education,among which the factors that affect digital technology integration include digital capabilities,personal characteristics and professional development of teachers,as well as leadership and management,administration,infrastructure,etc.The integration of information technology in colleges and universities not only affects the performance of students,but also affects other stakeholders,playing an important role in the digital transformation process of colleges and universities.
