长三角地区城市创业生态系统发展水平的测度与影响因素分析

Measurement and Analysis of Influencing Factors of the Development Level of Urban Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in the Yangtze River Delta

创业生态系统的构建和发展对区域创新能力提高和高质量发展有重要意义。以长三角地区城市为研究对象,利用熵权法构建创业生态系统发展水平指标体系,分析长三角地区城市创业生态系统的时空动态演变特征及其影响因素。通过核密度估计和空间相关性分析发现,长三角地区城市创业生态系统在2010—2022年不断发展,呈现“一超多强”的发展格局。上海、江苏和浙江大部分地区凭借雄厚的资金、基础设施和文化优势形成了创业生态系统“高地”,但因城乡发展不均衡、产业升级转型不完善,创业生态系统进一步发展表现乏力。而安徽因自身经济发展水平、基础设施、人才吸引等方面的劣势,制约其创业生态系统发展。据此,提出相关对策建议。

The construction and development of entrepreneurial ecosystem is of great significance to the improvement of regional innovation ability and high quality development.This paper took cities of Yangtze River Delta as the research objects and constructed index system for development level of entrepreneurial ecosystem by entropy weight method to analyze the spatial-temporal dynamic evolution characteristics and influencing factors of urban entrepreneurial ecosystem in Yangtze River Delta region.Through kernel density estimation and spatial correlation analysis,the urban entrepreneurial ecosystem in Yangtze River Delta region developed from 2010—2022,presenting a development pattern of“one super and many strong ones”.Shanghai,Jiangsu Province and most of Zhejiang Province formed a“highland”for entrepreneurial ecosystem by virtue of abundant capital,infrastructure and cultural advantages;however,further development of entrepreneurial ecosystem became weak due to imbalance urban and rural development as well as imperfect industrial upgrading and transformation.The disadvantages of Anhui Province in economic development level,infrastructure and talent attraction restrict the development of its entrepreneurial ecosystem.In view of the above-mentioned phenomena,the paper provides suggestions for the further development of regional entrepreneurship ecosystem.
