摘要
为制备性能稳定的车用聚碳酸酯木塑复合材料(PC/WPC),以聚碳酸酯(PC)为基材,添加木粉(WF)、催化剂、促进剂、胶凝剂和抗紫外线助剂制备PC/WPC,并研究WF添加量对PC/WPC性能的影响。结果表明:当WF添加量为15.87%时,PC/WPC的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度和洛氏硬度最高,分别达到78.47 MPa、118.61 MPa、34.62 kJ/m2和95.68 HRB。当WF添加量为15.87%、23.81%时,PC/WPC的内部粒子结构较为紧密,改善了木塑复合材料的晶体结构。PC/WPC的起始分解温度约为280℃,420℃基本完全分解。WF添加量为15.87%时,PC/WPC的力学强度、洛氏硬度最好。WF添加量为23.81%时,PC/WPC的热稳定性最佳。
To prepare automotive-grade polycarbonate/wood-plastic composite(PC/WPC) with stable property,polycarbonate(PC) was used as the base material,and wood flour(WF),catalyst,promoter,coagulant,and UV-resistant additive were added to prepare PC/WPC.The influence of WF content on the properties of PC/WPC was studied.The results show that when the WF content is 15.87%,the tensile strength,flexural strength,impact strength,and Rockwell hardness of PC/WPC reach the highest values,reaching 78.47 MPa,118.61 MPa,34.62 kJ/m2,and 95.68 HRB,respectively.When the WF content is 15.87% and 23.81%,the internal particle structure of PC/WPC is relatively compact,improving the crystalline structure of wood-plastic composites.The initial decomposition temperature of PC/WPC is approximately 280 ℃,and it is almost completely decomposed at 420 ℃.When the WF content is 15.87%,PC/WPC exhibits the best mechanical strength,Rockwell hardness.At a WF content of 23.81%,PC/WPC showes optimal thermal stability.
