Enlightenment from the current hospital performance evaluation programs at home and abroad

全面、科学、准确的医院绩效评价机制是健全现代医院管理制度与落实医药卫生体制改革的重要内容和抓手。本研究通过全面、系统地梳理国内外医院绩效评价体系与方法,分析国内医院绩效评价存在的问题,并借鉴国际医院绩效评价中的优秀做法,得出对于完善绩效评价方法研究的启示。

A comprehensive,scientific,and accurate hospital performance evaluation mechanism is an important element and handhold for the sound modern hospital management system and the implementation of medical and health system reform.By comprehensively and systematically sorting out the performance evaluation systems and methods of hospitals at home and abroad,analyzing the problems existing in domestic hospital performance evaluation,and drawing on the excellent practices in international hospital performance evaluation,this study draws insights for the study of improving performance evaluation methods.
