摘要
急危重症的救治代表了医院综合救治能力和临床服务实力。大型公立医院的功能定位在新一轮医疗改革中被明确为承担急危重症和疑难疾病的诊疗。DRG医保支付改革对医院的绩效和运营提出了新的要求,面向DRG要求的ICU绩效应当体现工作量、成本和质量指标考核的整合优势,发挥绩效管理的激励和约束作用。新绩效评价导向顺应公立医院高质量发展方向,为国内综合ICU及专科ICU创新运营模式与人才引育提供参考。
The treatment of acute and critical illnesses represents the comprehensive treatment capability and clinical service strength of hospitals.In the new round of healthcare reform,the function of large public hospitals has been clearly defined as to undertake the diagnosis and treatment of acute and critical illnesses and difficult illnesses,and the reform of DRG healthcare insurance payment has put forward new requirements on the performance and operation of hospitals,and the performance of ICUs oriented to the requirements of DRG should embody the advantages of integrating the assessment of workload,cost,and quality indexes,and give play to the incentives and constraints of performance management.The new performance evaluation orientation conforms to the direction of high-quality development of public hospitals and provides a reference for the innovative operation mode and talent attraction of domestic comprehensive ICUs and specialized ICUs.
