目的:探讨在切实加强基础研究、夯实科技自立自强根基背景下,医学科研管理工作的发展现状,并提出对应发展策略。方法:通过查阅相关文献资料,对国内基础研究和医学科研管理发展现状进行分析,对医学科研管理改革发展的重要性进行阐述,并结合发展现状提出建议。结果:基础研究的发展离不开一套成熟的科研管理体系。医学科研管理工作应围绕国家宏观政策进行革新,提高对科研管理工作的重视,夯实科研管理队伍建设,尤其是一线工作人员应积极发挥主观能动性,以推动国内基础研究发展。结论:结合国家战略决策,深化改革医学科研管理制度,提升科研管理质量,保障科研项目顺利进行,推动基础研究发展。

Objective:Discusses the current development of medical research management in the context of strengthening basic research and consolidating the foundation of scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement,and proposes corresponding development strategies.Methods:By reviewing relevant literature,we analyze the current situation of the development of basic research and medical research management in China,expound on the importance of the reform and development of medical research management,and put forward suggestions in light of the current situation of development.Results:The development of basic research cannot be separated from a set of mature scientific research management systems.The management of medical research should be revolutionized around the national macro-policy,the importance of research management should be raised,the construction of the research management team should be consolidated,and especially the front-line staff should actively take the initiative to promote the development of basic research in China.Conclusion:In conjunction with national strategic decisions,deepen the reform of the medical research management system,improve the quality of research management,ensure the smooth progress of research projects,and promote the development of basic research.
