煤矿竖井井筒装备安装技术与安装质量管控探究

摘要 本文通过深入分析井筒装备选型与设计原则、安装方案设计要点与考虑因素等方面,揭示了煤矿竖井井筒装备安装质量管控的难点。研究发现,规范化安装流程与操作指南、加强设备选型与设计优化等措施对提升煤矿竖井井筒装备安装质量具有显著效果,旨在为我国煤矿竖井井筒装备安装质量的提升提供理论支持和实践指导。 This article reveals the difficulties in the quality control of shaft equipment installation in coal mines by deeply analyzing the selection and design principles of shaft equipment,the key points and considerations of installation plan design,and other aspects.The study found that standardized installation processes and operational guidelines,as well as strengthening equipment selection and design optimization,have significant effects on improving the installation quality of shaft equipment in coal mines,aiming at providing theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the installation quality of coal mine shaft equipment in China.
