摘要 三维扫描技术是一种快速、精确获取物体表面点云数据的方法,广泛应用于产品设计与制造、质量控制与检测以及反向工程与快速原型制造等领域。复杂几何尺寸的检测是三维扫描技术的一个重要应用方向,它涉及多曲面结构、多角度测量和多尺度测量等复杂性问题。本文从三维扫描技术的概述开始,介绍其原理和应用领域,并探讨三维扫描技术在复杂几何尺寸检测中的应用。 3D scanning technology is a method to quickly and accurately obtain point cloud data on the surface of objects,which is widely used in product design and manufacturing,quality control and inspection,reverse engineering and rapid prototyping.The detection of complex geometric dimensions is an important application direction of 3D scanning technology,which involves complex problems such as multi-surface structure,multi-angle measurement and multi-scale measurement.This article starts with an overview of 3D scanning technology,introduces its principles and application areas,then discusses the application of 3D scanning technology in complex geometric size detection.
