摘要
为确认三元黑粉连续浸出工艺是否可行,模拟连续浸出生产过程,进行探索实验、条件实验,对条件实验的结果和可能原因进行分析,以确认后续实验的参数,并进行3组全流程浸出实验。实验结果表明,三元黑粉连续浸出工艺具有可重复性,实验结果的一致性很好。通过后续连续浸出实验研究,获取三元黑粉连续浸出工艺最佳参数:一阶段浸出温度为80℃,浸出时间为3.0 h,液固比为7∶1~8∶1;二阶段浸出温度为85℃,浸出时间为4.0 h,液固比为4∶1~6∶1,强酸性环境浸出。通过比较三元黑粉分段连续浸出工艺与分段间歇浸出工艺,发现连续浸出具有工艺控制稳定、消耗低的优点。
In order to confirm whether the continuous leaching process of ternary black powder is feasible,the continuous leaching production process is simulated,the exploration experiment and condition experiment are carried out.The results of the condition experiment and the possible reasons are analyzed to confirm the parameters of the subsequent experiment,three sets of whole-process leaching experiments are carried out.The experimental results show that the continuous leaching process of ternary black powder has repeatability,the experimental results are in good agreement.Through the subsequent continuous leaching experiment,the optimum parameters of the continuous leaching process of ternary black powder are obtained.The first stage leaching temperature is 80 ℃,the leaching time is 3.0 h,the liquid-solid ratio is 7∶1-8∶1,the second stage leaching temperature is 85 ℃,the leaching time is 4.0 h,the liquid-solid ratio is 4∶1-6∶1,the leaching is in a strongly acidic environment.By comparing the ternary black powder segmented continuous leaching process and the segmented intermittent leaching process,it is found that the continuous leaching has the advantages of stable process control and low consumption.
