S25073双相钢封头压制开裂分析

摘要 为了查明中压分解器封头热成形压制时开裂失效原因,针对封头进行了开裂形貌、裂纹断口和金相组织等检测分析。结果表明:封头开裂的失效性质是高温成形后冷却速度不足,600℃—1000℃区间停留时间过长,析出相较多造成性能下降,封头在热成形时发生开裂。结合现场实际情况,提出了改进工艺措施,避免了类似失效事故的发生。 To find out the failure cause of cracking of the head of the intermediate pressure resolver during hot forming and pressing, the head was tested and analyzed for crack morphology, crack fracture and metallographic structure. The results indicate that the failure nature of head cracking is due to insufficient cooling rate after high temperature forming, prolonged residence time between 600 and 1000 ℃, and excessive precipitation, resulting in a decrease in performance. The head cracking occurs during hot forming.Based on the actual situation on site, improvement measures were proposed to avoid similar failure accidents.
