摘要
煤炭是我国能源中的重要组成部分,自改革开放以来,煤炭工业也得到了快速发展,其产能得到了快速提升。我国虽然是煤炭资源丰富的国家,但是煤炭作为不可再生资源,多年来的粗放型开采造成大量的浪费,煤矿生产中,虽然煤炭企业适应时代发展的要求而引进了电气自动化技术,但是在技术应用中由于多种因素的影响而使得煤矿生产没有发挥预期效应。随着科学技术的发展,电气自动化技术已广泛应用于煤矿机械设备,包括煤矿安全监控系统、排水系统、提升系统、通风系统、运输系统等各个方面。它不但可以提高煤矿开采的科学性、促进生态平衡的发展、保证生产的安全性和提高生产效率,还可以进一步提高机械设备的自动化水平,节约能耗和降低成本。虽然应用过程中也存在着诸多问题,但已经向网络化、智能化、统一化、标准化和立体化监控趋势发展。
Coal is an important component of China's energy.Since the reform and opening up,the coal industry has developed rapidly and its production capacity has been rapidly developed.Although China is a country with abundant coal resources,coal as a non renewable resource,has caused a lot of waste due to extensive mining over the years,leading to the reduction of coal production and the decline of coal production quality.The important reason for this phenomenon is that in coal mine production,although coal enterprises have introduced electrical automation technology to meet the requirements of the times,the expected effect of coal mine production has not been achieved due to various factors in the application of technology.With the development of science and technology,electrical automation technology has been widely applied to coal mine machinery and equipment,including coal mine safety monitoring systems,drainage systems,lifting systems,ventilation systems,transportation systems,and other aspects.It can not only improve the scientificity of coal mining,promote the development of balance of nature,ensure the safety of production and improve production efficiency,but also further improve the automation level of mechanical equipment,save energy consumption and reduce costs.Although there are many problems in the application process,it has developed towards networking,intelligence,standardization,and three-dimensional monitoring trends.
