子痫前期患者外周血及胎盘组织中FKBPL表达的研究

Study on the expression of FKBPL in peripheral blood and placental tissue of patients with preeclampsia

目的 探讨子痫前期患者外周血及胎盘组织中FKBPL表达的变化及其与子痫前期的关系.方法 选取2022年7月-2023年6月在深圳市龙华区妇幼保健院产科住院的子痫前期患者30例为观察组,选取同期正常孕妇30例为对照组.采用QPCR检测两组患者外周血中FKBPL的表达水平.对观察组患者的胎盘组织进行病理检查,观察FKBPL的表达情况.结果 观察组患者外周血中FKBPL表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者胎盘组织中FKBPL表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 子痫前期患者的外周血及胎盘组织中FKBPL表达增加,这可能与子痫前期的发生和发展有关,进一步的研究将有助于揭示FKBPL在子痫前期发病机制中的作用.

Objective To investigate the expression of FKBPL in peripheral blood and placenta of patients with preeclampsia and its relationship with preeclampsia.Methods Thirty patients with preeclampsia who were hospitalized in the obstetrics department of our hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 30 normal pregnant women during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression level of FKBPL in peripheral blood of the two groups was detected by QPCR.The expression of FKBPL was observed by pathological examination of placental tissue of patients in the observation group.Results The expression level of FKBPL in the peripheral blood of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the expression level of FKBPL in the placental tissue of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of FKBPL in peripheral blood and placenta of patients with preeclampsia is increased,which may be related to the occurrence and development of preeclampsia.Further studies will help reveal the role of FKBPL in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
