左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗老年肺炎的疗效评价

Evaluation of the efficacy of levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sulbactam in the treatment of pneumonia in the elderly

目的 探究为老年肺炎患者合理选用头孢哌酮舒巴坦与左氧氟沙星联合治疗的具体效果.方法 于绍兴市中心医院医共体华舍分院陆续收治的老年肺炎患者中选取研究对象,筛选时间、样本量分别为2021年1月-2022年12月、60例.按照入选先后顺序将患者进行分组,前30例设置为对照组,接受头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗,后30例设置为联合组,采取左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗方案,评价两组治疗效果、肺部感染情况及血清指标水平,统计两组患者不良反应发生率并比较.结果 联合组治疗效果具有明显优势,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组治疗后肺部感染评分具有明显优势,评分低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组治疗后的血清指标具有明显优势,其CRP等指标数据皆显著性低于对照组(P<0.05);而接受治疗期间,联合组相关不良反应总发生率与对照组比较,不存在统计学上的显著性差异(P>0.05).结论 在老年肺炎患者实施治疗期间,为其应用头孢哌酮舒巴坦联合左氧氟沙星治疗,效果显著,能够抑制患者炎症反应,有助于肺部感染的控制,安全性理想,符合用药要求,可以应用.

Objective To explore the specific effect of the rational selection of cefoperazone-sulbactam and levofloxacin in elderly patients with pneumonia.Methods The subjects of the study were selected from the elderly patients with pneumonia who were successively admitted to our hospital,and the screening time and sample size were 60 cases from January 2021 to December 2022,respectively.The first 30 patients were set as the control group to receive cefoperazone sulbactam,and the last 30 cases were set as the combination group to receive levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sulbactam.The treatment effect of the two groups was evaluated,the lung infection of the two groups was evaluated,the serum indexes were detected,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was counted and compared.Results The treatment effect of the combined group was superior,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of lung infection in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The CRP and other indicators of the combination group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the combination group was not statistically significant compared with that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of elderly patients with pneumonia,cefoperazone sulbactam combined with levofloxacin can be reasonably provided with cefoperazone,sulbactam combined with levofloxacin,which can inhibit the inflammatory response of patients and help the control of lung infection.
