泛福舒在儿童过敏性鼻炎并发上气道咳嗽综合征的应用

Application of Broncho-Vaxom in treating allergic rhinitis complicated with upper airway cough syndrome in children

目的 探讨泛福舒在治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎并发上气道咳嗽综合征中的临床疗效及免疫调节作用.方法 选取云浮市人民医院2022年6月-2023年6月收治的60例儿童过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机对照法均分为试验组及对照组,每组各30例.对照组采用常规治疗,试验组给予常规治疗联合泛福舒治疗,分别收集试验组及对照组治疗前以及治疗后的鼻部症状评分、咳嗽症状积分(包括日间积分和夜间积分)、血清总IgE及吸入性过敏原过筛试验(hx2)和食物过敏原过筛试验(fx5E),比较两组患儿治疗前后鼻部症状评分总分、日间咳嗽症状积分、夜间咳嗽症状积分、血清总IgE及吸入性过敏原过筛试验(hx2)和食物过敏原过筛试验(fx5E)之间的差异.结果 试验组治疗后鼻部症状评分总分、日间咳嗽症状积分、夜间咳嗽症状积分、血清总IgE及吸入性过敏原过筛试验(hx2)下降程度较对照组明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 泛福舒在儿童过敏性鼻炎并发上气道咳嗽综合征的治疗中可有效缓解咳嗽及鼻部症状,同时可减轻过敏症状及过敏反应,对免疫调节也有积极作用,值得推广并使用.

Objective Analyze and explore the clinical efficacy and immunomodulatory effect of Broncho-Vaxom in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis complicated with upper airway cough syndrome.Method Sixty children with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the experimental group was treated with a combination of conventional therapy and Broncho-Vaxom.The nasal symptom scores,cough symptom scores(including daytime and nighttime scores),serum total IgE,inhalation allergen screening test(hx2),and food allergen screening test(fx5E)were collected before and after treatment in the experimental and control groups.The total nasal symptom scores,daytime cough symptom scores,and the difference between nocturnal cough symptom score,serum total IgE,and inhalation allergen screening test(hx2)and food allergen screening test(fx5E).Result The total score of nasal symptoms,daytime cough symptom score,nighttime cough symptom score,serum total IgE,and inhalation allergen screening test(hx2)in the experimental group decreased significantly after treatment compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Broncho-Vaxom has the effect of relieving cough and nasal symptoms in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis combined with upper airway cough syndrome.It can also alleviate allergic symptoms and reactions,and has a positive effect on immune regulation.It is worth promoting and using.
