情境模拟教学法在小儿外科临床护理教学中的应用

摘要 目的 探究小儿外科临床护理教学中,采用情境模拟教学法的应用效果.方法 选取绵阳市中心医院2019年1月-2023年1月参与临床护理教学的小儿外科专业学生68例,采用双盲法均分为观察组及对照组,每组各34例,对照组运用常规临床护理教学法,观察组运用情境模拟教学法,对比两组考核成绩、实习表现以及学生对教学满意度.结果 考核成绩比较中,观察组理论知识评分、专业技能操作评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实习表现情况比较中,观察组病历书写、仪容仪表等表现评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实习效果比较中,观察组分析、解决问题能力,学习信心等实习情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度为91.18%,对照组为70.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 小儿外科护理教学中,采用情境模拟教学法可以提高学生考核成绩,改善实习效果,提升学生对临床教学实践的满意度. Objective To explore the application effect of situational simulation teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of pediatric surgery.Methods A total of 68 pediatric surgery students who participated in clinical nursing teaching in Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were divided into observation group and control group by double-blind method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group used conventional clinical nursing teaching method,and the observation group used situational simulation teaching method.The examination results,practice performance and students'satisfaction with teaching were compared between the two groups.Results In the comparison of assessment scores,the theoretical knowledge score and professional skill operation score of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of practice performance,the scores of medical record writing and appearance of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of practice effect,the observation group had better practice conditions such as analyzing,solving problems and learning confidence to the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction was 91.18%in the observation group and 70.59%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the teaching of pediatric surgical nursing,the application of scenario simulation teaching method can improve the examination results of students,improve the effect of practice,and improve the satisfaction of students withclinical teaching practice.
