儿童保健中应用中医特色儿童保健管理模式的有效性评价

目的 在儿童保健中应用中医特色儿童保健管理模式并探讨其有效性.方法 抽取200例于武义县第一人民医院医共体熟溪院区接受健康体检的儿童作为此次研究对象,抽取时间范围在2021年1月-2022年12月,并将其按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各100例.对照组在健康体检时实施常规保健服务,观察组增加中医特色儿童保健管理模式.对比两组儿童身高、体质量、头围、运动发育、智力发育、行为发育、Hb值、营养性疾病及家属满意度.结果 两组儿童在实施中医保健前身高、体质量、头围对比,差异不显著(P>0.05);实施中医保健后,观察组身高、体质量、头围均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组儿童在实施中医保健前运动发育、智力发育及行为发育对比,差异不显著(P>0.05);实施中医保健后,观察组运动发育、智力发育及行为发育均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组营养性疾病总发生率1.67%显著低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05);实施中医保健后,观察组骨密度及Hb均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实施后的家属满意度96.67%显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05).结论 在儿童保健中应用中医特色儿童保健管理模式的临床疗效较为显著,不仅能促进儿童身高、体质量、智力、行为等发育,还能提高其骨密度及家属满意度,降低营养性疾病的发生率.

Objective To apply the management model of child health care with Chinese characteristics in child health care and to explore its effectiveness.Methods A total of 200 children who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected from January 2021 to December 2022,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 100 cases each.The control group implemented routine health care services during the health examination,and the observation group added the children's health care management mode with Chinese medicine characteristics.The height,body mass,head circumference,motor development,intellectual development,behavioral development,Hb value,nutritional diseases and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The height,body mass and head circumference of the two groups were compared(P>0.05)before the implementation of TCM health care;after the implementation of TCM health care,the height,body mass and head circumference of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the motor development,intellectual development and behavioral development of the two groups before the implementation of TCM health care(P>0.05)were compared.Intellectual development and behavioral development were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the total incidence of nutritional diseases in the observation group was 1.67%,significantly lower than that in the control group,which was 16.67%(P<0.05);afer the implementation of TCM health care,the bone density and Hb in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the family satisfaction of the observation group after implementation was 96.67%,significantly higher than that of the control group after implementation,which was 75.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the children's health care management model with Chinese charact.
