对比分析香砂养胃丸与胃复春片对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者炎性因子水平的影响

The effects of Xiangsha Yangwei Pill and Weifuchun Tablet on inflammatory factors in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were compared

目的 对比分析慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)患者实施治疗的过程中香砂养胃丸与胃复春片对其炎症因子水平的影响.方法 此次试验研究对象均在2022年1月-2023年8月之间收治,共包括在天津市河东区中山门街社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的CAG患者46例,为了试验公平性与结果可参考性,以随机数字表法将患者分为各有23例的试验组与对比组,试验组患者治疗所运用的药物为香砂养胃丸,对比组患者治疗所运用的药物为胃复春片.结果 与对比组患者相比,试验组患者治疗效果更具优势,P<0.05.治疗前两组患者中医证候评分、病理评分、胃黏膜前列腺素E2与胃黏膜丙二醛水平以及炎性因子水平并无显著差异,P>0.05;两组患者治疗后上述指标存在显著差异,P<0.05.结论 在对CAG患者实施治疗的过程中,香砂养胃丸是一种相对较为理想的治疗药物,在改善患者中医证候、病理、胃黏膜前列腺素E2与胃黏膜丙二醛水平以及炎性因子水平的基础上提高了治疗有效率与治疗质量,效果显著优于胃复春片,值得予以临床推广以及应用.

Objective To compare and analyze the effects of Xiangsha Yangwei Pill and Weifuchun Tablet on the levels of inflammatory factors in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods The subjects of this study were all admitted between January 2022 and August 2023,including 46 patients who received CAG treatment in hospital.In order to ensure the fairness of the experiment and the referability of the results,random number table method was used as the grouping method for patients,and the patients were divided into experimental group and comparison group with 23 patients each.The drug used in the experimental group was Xiangsha Yangwei Pill,and the drug used in the comparison group was Weifuchun Tablet.Results Compared with the comparison group,the treatment effect of the experimental group was more advantageous,P<0.05.Before treatment,there were no significant dfferences in TCM symptom score,pathological score,levels of gastric mucosal prost E2 and malonaldehyde and inflammatory factors between the two groups,P>0.05;there were significant differences in the above indexes between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conc lusion Xiangsha Yangwei Pill is a relatively ideal therapeutic drug in the treatment of CAG patients.On the basis of improving the symptoms and pathology of traditional Chinese medicine,the levels of gastric prost E2 and malonaldehyde in gastric mucosa and the levels of inflammatory factors,the therapeutic efficiency and quality of Xiangsha Yangwei Pill are improved,and the effect is significantly better than that of Weifuchun Tablet,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
