摘要
[目的/意义]当前国防科技重点领域对国家安全、军事博弈至关重要,开展国防科技重点领域发展态势情报分析模型构建研究,有助于情报研究人员利用模型的逻辑优势,对国防科技重点领域发展态势进行全面分析并形成情报认知。[方法/过程]在系统调研情报分析模型研究现状的基础上,根据国防科技重点领域发展态势情报分析的任务需求,借鉴了Endsley态势感知理论,构建了由信息采集层、态势觉察层、态势理解层、态势预测层4个层次组成的国防科技重点领域发展态势情报分析模型。[结果/结论]国防科技重点领域发展态势情报分析模型具有较广泛的适用性,为当前高度关注的人工智能、量子科学、生物技术等国防科技重点领域发展态势分析提供了一种可操作性较强的技术路线和方法。
[Purpose/significance] At present,the key areas of national defense science and technology are crucial to national security and military game.The research on the construction of intelligence analysis model for the development situation of key areas of national defense science and technology is helpful for intelligence researchers to make use of the logical advantages of the model to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the development situation of key areas of national defense science and technology and form intelligence cognition.[Method/process] Based on the systematic investigation of the current research status of intelligence analysis models and the task requirements of developing situational intelligence analysis in key areas of national defense science and technology,this study draws on Endsley's situational awareness theory to build a situational intelligence analysis model of developing situational intelligence in key areas of national defense science and technology,which is composed of four levels:information collection layer,situation awareness layer,situation understanding layer and situation prediction layer.[Result/conclusion] The development situation intelligence analysis model of the key areas of national defense science and technology has a wide range of applicability,and provides a technical route and method with strong operability for the development situation analysis of the key areas of national defense science and technology such as artificial intelligence,quantum science and biotechnology.
