媒体融合背景下我国都市类媒体的生产要素错配及优化策略研究

摘要 随着媒体融合的不断深入,我国都市类媒体的主营业务和商业模式都发生了颠覆式的变化。为了提高供给质量,都市类媒体在供给侧结构性改革方面做出了诸多尝试,但在企业经营与管理层面仍然存在资本、劳动力、企业家才能等生产要素的错配问题,因而在媒体融合“深水区”陷入两难境地。都市类媒体应该找到生产要素的错误配置原因,并且从顶层设计、技术发展、产业生态、资源整合、法人治理结构、薪酬机制等方面寻找优化要素配置的突破口。 With the continuous deepening of media integration,the main business and commercial models of urban media in China have undergone disruptive changes.In order to improve the quality of supply,they have made various attempts at supply-side structural re-form,but there is still a mismatch of the production factors such as capital,labor,and entrepreneurial talent at the level of enterprise op-eration and management,which leading urban media to be caught in a dilemma in the“uncharted waters”of media integration.The ur-ban media should find the reasons for the mismatch of production factors,and find breakthroughs in optimizing factor allocation from the aspects of top-level design,technological development,industrial ecology,resource integration,corporate governance structure,sala-ry mechanism and other aspects.
