摘要
目前,核心素养理念在职前教师教育中的渗透主要存在以下问题:在人才培养方案中体现不够,在高师课堂教学中体现不充分,在高师第二课堂中渗透较少,此外,师范生对核心素养理念缺乏深入的理解。这些问题产生的原因有:高等教育与基础教育对接不畅、职前教师教育人才培养方案落实不够、职前教师教育课程实施变革不多、职前教师教育学习评价的革新不足等四个方面。针对以上问题产生的原因,可以采取的应对性策略主要有:变革U-S联动的中小学教师培养体制、产出导向的高师人才培养方案、思维导向的高师课堂教学、过程导向的高师学生学习评价等。
Currently,there are mainly the following problems in the infiltration of core competency concepts into pre-service teacher ed-ucation.The core competency concepts are not reflected enough in talent training programs,the core competency concept is not fully re-flected in the classroom teaching in normal universities,the core competency concepts has less penetration in the second classroom in normal universities and the students lack a deep understanding of core competency concepts.The reasons for these problems include:poor integration between higher education and basic education,insufficient implementation of pre-service teacher education and talent training programs,not many changes in the implementation of pre-service teacher education curriculum and the lack of innovation in the evaluation of pre-service teacher education and learning.The author proposes corresponding strategies for the causes of the above problems:U-S linkage reform of the training system for primary and secondary school teachers,reform of output oriented talent training programs in normal universities,the transformation of thinking oriented classroom teaching in normal universities and suggestions for process oriented changes in learning evaluation for normal university students.
