比较与借鉴:基于卓越教师培养的教师教育质量保障

摘要 卓越教师培养和教师教育质量保障是全球性的教育主题,美国、英国、俄罗斯、日本的教师教育质量保障为中国教师教育改革提供了经验借鉴。由于理论与实践的不足,当前我国教师教育陷入发展困境,移植的国外教育制度在中国有些“水土不服”。制度是教育发展的重要保障,我国教师教育的良性发展要做到洋为中用、中西结合,建设现代化的质量保障制度。新时代的中国教师教育改革要坚持和处理好“六个新”,即新思路、新趋向、新挑战、新要求、新措施、新治理,采取“内外兼修”的策略,优化制度,完善内外部教师教育质量保障体系。 The excellent teacher training and quality assurance of teacher education are the global educational themes.The quality as-surance of teacher education in the United States,Britain,Russia and Japan provides experience for China’s teacher education reform.Due to the lack of theory and practice,China’s teacher education is in a dilemma of development,and the transplanted foreign educa-tional system is not adapted with the conditions in China.The system is an important guarantee for the development of education.The healthy development of teacher education should achieve the integration of foreign and Chinese elements,and establish a modern quali-ty assurance system.In the new era,China’s teacher education reform should adhere to and deal with the“six new points”,including new ideas,new trends,new challenges,new requirements,new measures and new governance.We should adopt the strategy of“inter-nal and external training”,optimize the system,and improve the internal and external teacher education quality assurance system.
