摘要
某水厂Ⅴ型滤池采用均质石英砂滤料,通过气水反洗+表洗的反冲形式达到节能效果。运行表明其过滤和反冲洗效果良好,石英砂性质稳定,气动阀门控制快捷,端吸泵布置紧凑,设备数量少,日常维护量小,应用成熟可靠。从池体的设计到施工,整个过程都严格按照相关规范标准实施,尤其在高负荷实验调试阶段,配合加药、混凝沉淀等措施,滤后水浊度稳定在0.5 NTU以内,出水满足GB 5749—2022《生活饮用水卫生标准》的要求。
The V-type filter in a water plant uses homogeneous quartz sand as filter material,and achieves energy saving effect through the backwash form of gas-water backwashing+surface washing.The operation shows that the quartz sand is stable in filtering and backwashing,the backwashing effect is good,the pneumatic valve control is fast,the end suction pump is compact,the number of equipment is small,the daily maintenance is small,and the application is mature and reliable.From the design of the tank body to the construction,the whole process is strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant specifications and standards,especially in the high-load experimental debugging stage,with the addition of chemical dosing,coagulation and precipitation,the turbidity of the filtered effluent is stable within 0.5 NTU,and the discharge meets the requirements of the GB 5749—2006“Standard for drinking water quality”.
