湖南文化产业全要素生产率测度及时空演化特征研究

Research on Total Factor Productivity Measurements and Spatial-Temporal Evolution Characteristics of Cultural Industry in Hunan Province

以2016—2020年湖南省14个市州文化产业作为研究对象,运用DEA-Malmquist指数方法测算出文化产业全要素生产率,并运用核密度估计、标准差椭圆以及马尔科夫链方法对湖南文化产业全要素生产率的时空演化特征进行探究。结果表明:湖南文化产业全要素生产率整体水平不高,各市州变动差异较为明显;技术进步是文化产业发展的重要驱动因素,部分地区因规模效率和纯技术效率的牵制导致文化产业全要素生产率增长受限;全要素生产率的分散化程度持续下降,两极分化程度逐渐降低;区位分布呈现出“西北—东南”的空间格局,重心朝西北方向迁移;邻域文化产业发展对本地文化产业全要素生产率水平在不同层级之间的转移存在一定影响。最后,为进一步推动湖南文化产业发展提出相应的政策建议。

Taking the cultural industry of 14 prefectures(including 1 autonomous prefecture)in Hunan Province from 2016 to 2020 as the research object,the study uses the DEA-Malmquist index method to measure the total factor productivity of cultural industry,and utilizes the kernel density estimation,standard deviation ellipse and Markov chain methods to explore the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of the total factor productivity of Hunan’s cultural industry.The results show that:The overall level of total factor productivity of Hunan’s cultural industry is not high,and the variation of each prefecture or autonomous prefecture is more obvious;technological progress is an important driving factor for the development of cultural industry,and the growth of total factor productivity in cultural industry is limited in some regions due to the constraints of scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency;the decentralization of total factor productivity continues to decline,and the degree of polarization gradually decreases;the location distribution shows a spatial pattern of“northwest-southeast”,with the center of gravity moving to the northwest direction;the development of cultural industry in neighboring regions has a certain influence on the transfer of total factor productivity level of local cultural industry between different levels.Finally,corresponding policy suggestions are proposed to further promote the development of Hunan’s cultural industry.
