乡村多功能民宿是发展乡村旅游,推动乡村全面振兴的有效切入点。党的二十大全面推出了乡村振兴战略,乡村民宿进入了全面发展时期。要以多功能、高质量的乡村民宿助力乡村的振兴和发展,用特色多彩的乡村民宿点亮中国的美丽乡村。该文根据民宿的多功能性,参考城市商业中心“Shopping Mall”的多功能内涵,提出“民宿Mall”的概念,借此根据民宿的不同功能结合不同的民宿投资主体,以及不同的地域特色制定最适合本地发展的经营模式。以期在具有本地特色民宿经营中,借用各方优势,整合各种优势资源,促进各方共同发展。同时在强调人与自然和谐共生以及可持续发展理念的基础上,开发“民宿Mall”的不同功能,营造各级特色的民宿品牌,为民宿产业可持续发展打开创新之路。以多功能民宿创建乡村旅游品牌,成为乡村旅游的高级业态,从而带动当地乡村经济的发展,全面推进乡村经济振兴。

Rural multi-functional homestay is an effective entry point for developing rural tourism and promoting the overall rural revitalization.The 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China launched the strategy of rural revitalization,and rural homestay has entered a period of comprehensive development.We will help rural revitalization and development with multi-functional and high-quality rural homestays,and light up the beautiful countrysides of China with distinctive and colorful rural homestays.According to the multi-functionality of homestays and the multi-functional connotation of"Shopping Mall",the city commercial center,this paper puts forward the concept of"Homestay Mall",so as to formulate the most suitable business model for local development according to the different functions of homestays combined with different investment subjects and different regional characteristics.In order to borrow the advantages of various parties,integrate various advantageous resources and promote the common development of all parties in the operation of homestays with local characteristics.At the same time,on the basis of emphasizingharmony between humankind and nature and the concept of sustainable development,the different functions of"Homestay Mall"are developed to create a homestay brand with characteristics at all levelsand pioneer a innovation road for the sustainable development of homestay industry.Creating a rural tourism brand with multi-functional homestays has become a high-level form of rural tourism,thereby driving local rural economic development,and comprehensively promote rural economic revitalization.
