摘要
人工智能(AI)技术通过梳理和分析医疗数据进一步指导临床实践,已在医学领域取得了令人瞩目的进展。心力衰竭是各种心脏疾病的严重表现或晚期阶段,死亡率和再住院率显著升高。心电图(ECG)无创、便携、使用方便,是心血管疾病的重要检查手段。心力衰竭时心脏的病理生理变化会导致心电活动紊乱,因此,合理应用ECG数据可能为心力衰竭的早期诊断和治疗提供依据。本文阐述了基于AI-ECG分析在心力衰竭诊断、筛查和随访中的应用进展。
Artificial intelligence(AI)technology has made remarkable progress in the medical field by sorting and analyzing medical data to further instruct clinical practice.Heart failure(HF)is a serious manifestation or advanced stage of various cardiac diseases,with significantly increased mortality and rehospitalization rates.Electrocardiogram(ECG)has been a crucial examination method for cardiovascular diseases depending on its non-invasiveness,portability and convenience.The pathophysiological changes of the HF would lead to disturbance of cardiac electrophysiology.Therefore,the rational use of ECG data may provide a basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of HF.The article describes the progress in the application of AI-based ECG in the diagnosis,screening and follow-up of HF.
