数字孪生在印刷业智能化建设中的探索与实践

摘要 基于数字孪生技术的制造加工企业能够实现以全面感知的制造数据连接生产过程与生产决策,并通过生产大数据的分析与统计、信息的逻辑建模驱动生产决策的生成,有效地提高生产管控能力、产品质量和生产效率。本文在分析数字孪生应用层级基础上,将数字孪生在印刷智能工厂建设中的应用集中于三个层面:基于信息融合实现印刷装备状态预测;基于数据驱动实现印刷车间瓶颈分析;基于诊断分析实现印刷企业的决策支持。分别探析了数字孪生应用的三个层面研究方法与研究现状,并提出在工业互联网、边缘计算等新技术发展日趋成熟的背景下数字孪生在印刷包装智能工厂中的应用发展前景与发展方向。 The manufacturing enterprises based on digital twin technology can achieve a holistic integration of manufacturing data to bridge the production process with production decision-making.By analyzing and aggregating large-scale production data and employing logical information modeling,these enterprises can significantly enhance their production control capabilities,product quality,and overall efficiency.In this paper,building upon an analysis of the various application levels of digital twins,focuses on their implementation in the construction of intelligent printing factories across three dimensions:predicting printing equipment status through information fusion,identifying bottlenecks in the printing workshop via data-driven analysis,and providing decision support for printing businesses through diagnostic evaluations.The research methodologies and current state of digital twin applications across these three dimensions were discussed.Furthermore,in the context of the maturing advancements in industrial internet and edge computing,the future prospects and developmental directions for the application of digital twins in intelligent printing and packaging factories were proposed.
