UV油墨对凹印烟标VOCs含量影响的实验研究

摘要 为研究UV油墨应用于烟标的凹版印刷后,能否满足生产质量要求且有效降低烟标生产中VOCs排放和残留,本研究对当前烟标的凹版印刷工艺进行分析,以UV油墨作为烟标的印刷油墨,使用凹印机组进行打样试生产,最后对凹印车间VOCs排放量以及打样所得到的样张进行卷烟盒包装纸安全性指标和表面印刷质量检测。实验结果表明,使用UV油墨后,烟标中VOCs溶剂残留的检测结果均低于国家烟草专卖局所给出的限量标准,其中VOCs总含量仅为0.01mg/m~2,相比于溶剂油墨样张中VOCs总含量减少了2.3mg/m~2;同时车间VOCs总排放量减少了55.31mg/m~3,且烟标表面印刷质量相较于标准样张能达到90%以上的色彩还原度。实验可说明使用UV油墨有较好的VOCs减排作用,同时也大大提升了烟标的安全性能,成功解决了溶剂型油墨在烟标凹版印刷中VOCs排放量大和有害物质残留问题。 In order to study whether UV ink can meet the production quality requirements and effectively reduce the VOCs emission and residue in the production of tobacco labels after it is applied to gravure printing,in this study,the current gravure printing process of tobacco label was analyzed with UV ink,and then the gravure printing set was used for printing proofs.Finally,the VOCs emissions of gravure workshop and the proofs were tested for the safety index and surface printing quality of tobacco wrapping paper.The results showed that with using UV ink,the detection results of VOCs solvent residues in tobacco labels were lower than the limit standard given by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration,and the total VOCs content was only 0.01mg/m2,which was 2.3mg/m2 less than that in solvent ink samples.At the same time,the total VOCs emissions of the workshop were reduced by 55.31mg/m3,and the color reproduction degree of the tobacco label surface printing quality could reach more than 90%compared with the standard sample.It showed that the method in this study has a good effect on VOCs emission reduction,and also greatly improves the safety performance of the tobacco label,and successfully solves the problem of large VOCs emission and harmful substances residues in the solvent-based ink printing of the gravure of the tobacco label.
