树形柱支撑铝合金屋盖结构综合施工技术

摘要 某医院总建筑面积约19.8万m^(2),门诊大厅采用钢制树形柱+单层铝合金屋盖结构体系,采用Z字形单层铝合金屋盖结构,东西向长度为104.963 m,南北向最宽处为47.427 m。为了营造轻松的视觉氛围,在南北主楼中间的位置采用铝合金门诊大厅“飘带”,形成一个以流畅曲面覆盖的公共大厅,作为患者踏入医院的起始点和主要交通空间。用流畅的曲面“飘带”作为院区的视觉中心,体现轻盈、现代、时尚的理念,空间通透明亮,极具现代感。虽然大跨度铝合金结构应用越来越多,但目前我国暂无Z字形大跨度钢铝组合屋盖结构安装案例可参考,因此研究轻材质大跨度铝合金屋盖结构综合施工技术具有重要的意义。 In a hospital covering a total construction area of 198 000 m^(2),the outpatient hall has a tree-like steel column + single-layer aluminum alloy roof structure.The Z-shaped single-layer aluminum alloy roof structure is 104.963 m in the east-west direction and 47.427 m deep in the north-south direction.For a relaxing visual atmosphere,an aluminum alloy “ribbon” is set up in the outpatient hall between main northern and southern buildings,so the hall seems covered by a smooth curved surface,as the entrance and main transfer space for patients in the hospital.The smooth curved “ribbon” as the visual center of the hospital reflects the concept of relaxing,modernity and fashion,making the space bright with a modern sense.Although more and more large-span aluminum alloy structures are applied,there are temporarily no installation cases of Z-shaped large-span steel-aluminum composite roof structures for reference in China.Therefore,it is of critical significance to study the comprehensive construction technology for lightweight large-span aluminum alloy roof structures.
