徐州市绿色低碳城乡建设发展路径探索

EXPLORATION OF GREEN AND LOW-CARBON URBAN AND RURAL CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT PATH IN XUZHOU CITY

在长期的工业化和城镇化进程中,徐州市由于城市经济规模不断扩大和发展,资源供需矛盾、生态环境破坏等问题逐渐突显,在国家和江苏省资源环境双重瓶颈制约下,如何落实“双碳”战略,实现经济社会城市全面绿色转型,建设更高品质的淮海经济区中心城市,徐州市绿色低碳城乡建设已迫在眉睫。通过对徐州市发展现状及“十四五”规划目标进行分析,指出现存的问题,对徐州市绿色低碳城乡建设提出对策和建议。

In the long-term process of industrialization and urbanization,Xuzhou city are facing more prominent challenges such as continuous expansion and development of the urban economic scale,resource supply and demand contradiction,ecological environment destruction,and the like.Due to double bottlenecks of the state and Jiangsu province in resources and environment,green and lowcarbon urban and rural construction is imminent,in order to implement the strategy of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”,comprehensive urban green economic and social transformation,and build a high-quality central city in Huaihai economic zone.Through the analysis of the development status of Xuzhou city and the goal of the 14th Five-Year Plan,the existing problems are pointed out,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the green and low-carbon urban and rural construction of Xuzhou city.
