摘要
非物质文化遗产是一个民族的文化、智慧和精神的结晶。如何对外翻译传播非遗,提升中华文化的软实力已成为高校翻译专业不可推卸的责任。基于对外翻译传播的视角,梳理非遗翻译传播的现状及问题,探究非遗翻译传播能力构成要素、传播效果评估方法以及高水平应用型对外翻译传播人才培养模式,有助于实现中华优秀传统文化的国际传播,促进东西方文明的交流与互鉴。
A nation’s intangible cultural heritage(ICH)embodies the quintessence of its national culture,wisdom,and spirit.It has become an inescapable responsibility for translation major in higher education institutions to cultivate sufficient talents competent in transmitting this heritage abroad so as to help enhance the soft power of the Chinese culture.From the perspective of foreign language translation and communication,this paper systematically reviews the current situation and existing problems in the translational communication of intangible cultural heritage,delves into the constitutive elements of the competence for translational communication,investigates the methods to assess the communication effect,and explores models for cultivating high-caliber,application-oriented talents in foreign language translation and communication.The ultimate purpose of such endeavor is to facilitate the international dissemination of the outstanding Chinese traditional culture and promote exchanges and mutual learning between Eastern and Western civilizations.
