基于SolidWorks的新型酸蒸逆流超净清洗装置设计

摘要 针对人工清洗试管存在清洗效果低下、工作程序繁琐复杂、清洗工作劳动量大的问题,采用SolidWorks设计了一种新型酸蒸逆流超净清洗装置。其中,清洗装置的控制程序能满足大部分清洗要求,所有参数如时间、温度和试剂用量等都能得到精确的控制;配给系统中设有配给泵,可对酸性溶液和中和剂进行全自动配给,而且溶液含量精确;所有蠕动泵均设有流量精确控制,确保正确的洗涤用量。该装置可以批量清洗试管,清洗效率高、效果好,极大地解放了生产力,并且安全环保,不会增加环境负担。同时,能够延长试管的使用使命,使试管光洁如新,便于精确测量,降低误差。 Aiming at the problems of low cleaning effect,complicated working procedure and large amount of labor of manual cleaning tube,a new acid steaming countercurrent ultra-clean cleaning device is designed by using SolidWorks.Among them,the control program of the cleaning device can meet most of the cleaning requirements,and all parameters such as time,temperature,reagent dosage can be accurately controlled.The distribution system is equipped with a distribution pump,which can automatically distribute acidic solution and neutralizer,and the solution content is accurate.All peristaltic pumps have precise flow control to ensure the correct wash dosage.The device can batch clean the test tube,the clean efficiency is high,effect is good,and the productivity can be greatly liberated.And it is safe and environmentally friendly,and will not increase the environmental burden.At the same time,it can extend the mission of the test tube,make the test tube clean as new,easy to measure accurately and reduce errors.
