摘要
由于火花发生装置实际作用于点火的能量不确定,导致混合性气体燃料的着火温度和爆炸性物质的敏感度难以测定。针对此问题,根据电容储能式电火花放电原理设计开发了一种火花能量可调的电点火系统。系统由升压回路、充电回路、泄放回路、控制回路和点火回路组成。通过使用小波去噪法对储能电压变化曲线处理,计算点火系统的额定储能;再根据放电回路电流特性构造了指数衰减的正弦周期性振荡拟合函数,计算获得了放电系统的振荡周期、等效电阻、等效电感和实际作用于点火的火花能量。结果表明:该点火系统可以实现在预设范围内对电火花能量大小进行调整,并且该系统具有安全、稳定的工作性能,可以为其他学科的研究提供技术支持,具有实际应用价值。
It is difficult to measure the ignition temperature of the mixed gas and sensitivity of explosive material because of the uncertainty of the actual ignition energy of spark generator.Aiming at this problem,an electric ignition system with adjustable spark energy is designed and developed according to the principle of capacitive stored spark discharge.The system consists of booster circuit,charging circuit,discharge circuit,control circit and ignition circuit.The rated energy storage of the ignition system is calculated by using wavelet denoising method to process the curve of energy storage voltage.Then,a sinusoidal periodic oscillation fitting function with exponential attenuation is constructed according to the current characteristics of the discharge circuit,and the oscillation period,equivalent resistance,equiralent inductance and actual spark energy of the discharge system are calculated.The results show that the ignition system can adjust the spark energy within the preset range,and the system has a safe and stable performance,which can provide technical support for other disciplines and has practical application value.
