摘要
在产品装入系统后出现异常时,由于受到环境空间、资源协调和测试手段等诸多因素的制约,难以短时间内准确定位产品的故障原因。为了解决这一疑难问题,通过采集和分析系统设备出现故障时的关键参数,列出相关的故障因素,并对相关因素逐次测试排查,结合试验验证及故障模拟等方式,在不破坏现场的情况下,可以再现系统故障时的现象及数据,为与产品相关的故障的准确定位提供了一种新思路,从而避免了由于盲目破坏现场而造成故障消失或故障定位不准确的现象。
When an abnormality occurs after product is loaded into the system,it is difficult to accurately locate the cause of the product failure in a short period of time due to various factors such as environmental space,resource coordination and testing methods.In order to solve this difficult problem,by collecting and analyzing the key parameters of the system equipment when it fails,listing the relevant fault factors,and testing and troubleshooting the relevant factors one by one,combined with experimental verification and fault simulation,the phenomenon and data of the system malfunction can be reproduced without damaging the site,which provides a new idea for accurate positioning of product related faults,thus avoiding the phenomenon that the fault disappears or the fault location is inaccurate due to blind damage to the site.
