摘要
从研制生产企业产品修理的立场,分析了已有故障诊断或故障分析方法存在的不足,提出了一种利用以往故障诊断案例及成功次数,辅助维修人员进行故障诊断的机制。对于给定的故障现象,该机制按照规则筛选出若干相关案例,由维修人员根据掌握的其他信息,从中选取成本最优、最为高效的案例,作为进一步故障诊断的指导。该机制的建立和运行,使维修人员个人的经验和知识显性化,有助于形成维修团队的组织级知识,提高企业整体维修水平。
From the standpoint of product repair in development and production enterprises,the deficiencies of existing fault diagnosis or fault analysis methods are analyzed,and a mechanism is proposed to assist maintenance personnel in fault diagnosis by using previous fault diagnosis cases and the number of success.For a given fault phenomenon,the mechanism filters out a number of relevant cases according to the rules,from which the maintenance personnel select the most cost-effective and efficient cases according to the other information they have,and then take it as a guide for further fault diagnosis.The establishment and operation of the mechanism makes the individual experience and knowledge of maintenance personnel obvious,helps to form the organizational knowledge of the maintenance team,and improve the overall maintenance level of the enterprise.
