双氯芬酸钠联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Diclofenac Sodium Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in the Treatment of Dry Eye after Cataract Surgery

目的 研究双氯芬酸钠+玻璃酸钠滴眼液对白内障术后干眼症的疗效。方法 便利选取2021年1月—2022年6月南宁市第二人民医院收治的98例白内障术后干眼症患者为研究对象,运用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,对照组(n=49)采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗和研究组(n=49)采用双氯芬酸钠联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。对比两组患者干眼症及角膜上皮缺损程度;泪膜分泌、泪膜稳定情况及疗效。结果 治疗后,研究组眼部症状问卷(11.31±1.36)分、角膜荧光素染色(1.24±0.13)分均低于对照组的(15.19±1.79)、(2.18±0.38)分,泪膜破裂时间(12.26±0.84)s、泪液分泌水平(9.11±0.36)mm均高于对照组的(8.95±1.09)s、(6.42±0.41)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=12.082、16.384、16.837、34.511,P均<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的73.35%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.995,P<0.05)。结论 双氯芬酸钠+玻璃酸钠滴眼液可改善患者干眼症,修复角膜上皮缺损,增加泪液分泌、泪膜稳定,疗效较优。

Objective To study the efficacy of diclofenac sodium + sodium hyaluronate eye drops on dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods 98 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery treated in the Nanning Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method.The control group(n=49) was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops and the study group(n=49) was treated with diclofenac sodium combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The degree of dry eye and corneal epithelial defect were compared between the two groups.The secretion of tear film,the stability of tear film and its curative effect.Results After treatment,the scores of Ocular Surface Disease Index [(11.31±1.36) points] and Fluorescent [(1.24±0.13) points] in the study group were lower than those of the control group [(15.19±1.79) points and(2.18±0.38) points],and tear film breakup time [(12.26±0.84) s] and Schirmer I test levels [(9.11±0.36) mm] were higher than those of the control group [(8.95±1.09) s and 6.42±0.41) mm],and the differences were statistically significant(t=12.082,16.384,16.837,34.511,all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.92% higher than that in the control group 73.35%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.995,P<0.05).Conclusion Diclofenac sodium + sodium hyaluronate eye drops can improve patients' dry eye,repair corneal epithelial defects,increase tear secretion,tear film stabilization,with better efficacy.
