下肢骨折内固定手术患者应用手术室优质护理配合的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of the Application of Operating Room Quality Nursing Cooperation in Patients with Lower Extremity Fracture Internal Fixation Surgery

目的 探究下肢骨折内固定手术患者应用手术室优质护理配合干预的效果。方法 方便选取2021年1月—2023年7月在南京市六合区中医院手术室接受下肢骨折内固定手术治疗的84例患者作为研究对象,基于电脑随机法分成对照组与观察组,每组42例,对照组采用常规手术室护理,观察组采用手术室优质护理。比较两组疼痛程度、护理满意度和术后并发症发生率。结果 观察组术后视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.636,P=0.006)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 手术室优质护理用于下肢骨折内固定手术患者护理中的效果突出,可减轻患者痛感,能避免诸多术后不良并发症发生,促使患者更满意护理工作。

Objective To explore the effect of the application of operating room quality nursing cooperation intervention in patients with lower extremity fracture internal fixation surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients who received internal fixation surgery for lower limb fractures in the operating room of Nanjing Liuhe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group based on computer randomized method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional operating room nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing in the operating room.Pain degree,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The Visual Analogue Score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.636,P=0.006).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of quality care in the operating room used in the care of patients with lower extremity fracture internal fixation surgery is outstanding,which can reduce the pain of patients,can avoid the occurrence of many postoperative adverse complications,and contribute to the greater satisfaction of patients with nursing care.
