手术室优质护理在髋关节置换术患者中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Operating Room Quality Nursing Care in Hip Arthroplasty Patients

目的 探究手术室优质护理应用在髋关节置换术患者中的效果。方法 随机选取2019年1月—2022年12月在江苏省连云港市赣榆区中医院手术室进行关节置换术治疗的80例患者作为研究对象,采用样本随机抽取法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规手术室护理,观察组接受手术室优质护理。比较两组疼痛程度、髋关节功能、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果 与对照组比较,观察组护理后视觉模拟评分法评分更低、Harris髋关节评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P=0.023)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 手术室优质护理模式可以有效改善髋关节置换术患者疼痛程度和髋关节功能,降低并发症发生率,促使患者病情早期好转。

Objective To explore the effect of operating room quality nursing application in hip arthroplasty patients.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing joint replacement treatment in the operating room of Ganyu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects,and randomly selected samples were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine operating room nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing.Pain degree,hip function,the incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The Visual Analogue Score was lower in the observation group and the Harris Hip Score were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 22.50% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P=0.023).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The operating room quality nursing care model can effectively improve the degree of pain and hip function of hip arthroplasty patients,reduce the chance of adverse complications,and promote the early improvement of the patient's condition.
