手术室护理中运用全程无缝隙护理服务模式对患者预后的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Using the Whole Seamless Nursing Service Model in Operating Room Nursing on Patients' Prognosis

目的 分析全程无缝隙护理服务在手术室护理中的应用价值。方法 方便选取2022年5月—2023年5月泰安市中心医院收治的86例手术治疗的患者为研究对象;采用随机抽签法分为对照组和研究组,每组43例。对照组实施常规手术室护理,研究组实施全程无缝隙护理服务。比较两组围术期生命体征参数、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果 研究组术中和术后的心率分别为(94.15±5.23)次/min、(91.54±3.82)次/min,平均动脉压分别为(95.42±5.97)mmHg、(92.15±5.54)mmHg,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.626,4.196,11.986,8.507,P均<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将全程无缝隙护理服务模式应用于手术室护理工作中可稳定患者围术期生命体征,降低并发症发生率,优化预后,护理满意度高。

Objective The application value of seamless nursing service in operating room nursing was analyzedMethods A total of 86 surgical patients admitted to Taian Central Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random drawing method,43 cases in each group.The control group received routine operating room nursing,and the study group received seamless nursing service.Perioperative vital sign parameters,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operative and postoperative heart rate of the study group was(94.15±5.23) times/min and(91.54±3.82) times/min,and the mean arterial pressure was(95.42±5.97) mmHg and(92.15±5.54) mmHg,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.626,4.196,11.986,8.507,all P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the whole seamless nursing service model in operating room nursing can stabilize the perioperative vital signs of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,optimize the prognosis,and the nursing satisfaction is high.
