基于循证证据的针对性护理对胎膜早破患者不良心理情绪的影响

Influence of Targeted Nursing Based on Evidence-based Evidence on Adverse Psychological Emotions in Patients with Premature Rupture of Membranes

目的 探究基于循证证据的针对性护理在胎膜早破患者中的护理价值。方法 方便选取2021年1月—2023年8月涟水县人民医院收治的122例胎膜早破患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各61例。对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组实施基于循证证据的针对性护理干预。护理干预前及分娩后1d,比较两组患者的不良心理情绪、自我效能感量表(General Self-Efficacy Scale,GSES)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分。结果 护理干预前,两组患者的各项评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。分娩后1 d,研究组不良心理情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组GSES评分(25.69±3.34)分高于对照组,研究组PSQI评分(10.47±2.13)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.866、7.094,P均<0.05)。结论 基于循证证据的针对性护理在胎膜早破患者护理中能够发挥积极作用,有助于改善患者焦虑、抑郁不良心理情绪,并增强患者自我效能感,从而提高其睡眠质量,对于患者的机体恢复非常重要。

Objective To explore the nursing value of targeted nursing based on evidence-based evidence in patients with premature rupture of membranes.Methods 122 patients with premature rupture of membranes admitted to Lianshui County People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing interventions,while the study group received targeted nursing based on evidence-based evidence interventions.The scores of adverse psychological mood,General Self Efficacy Scale(GSES),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) of two groups of patients before nursing intervention and 1 day after delivery were compared.Results Before nursing intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the two groups of patients(all P>0.05).After 1 day of delivery,the study group had lower adverse psychological and emotional scores than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).The GSES score of the study group(25.69±3.34) points was higher than that of the control group,while the PSQI score of the study group(10.47±2.13) points was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.866,7.094,both P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing based on evidence-based evidence can play a positive role in the care of patients with premature rupture of membranes,helping to improve patients' anxiety and depression,and enhance patients' self-efficacy,so as to improve their sleep quality,which is very important for the body recovery of patients.
