八珍汤加减联合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌的临床有效性评价

Evaluation of Clinical Effectiveness of Bazhen Decoction Plus Reduction Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Middle and Advanced Lung Cancer

目的 探索中晚期肺癌患者在化疗基础上予以八珍汤加减的临床价值。方法 随机选取2020年10月—2022年10月福建省建瓯市中西医结合医院收治的80例中晚期肺癌患者为研究对象。采用随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,均40例。两组治疗方案分别为化疗、化疗+八珍汤加减治疗。比较两组临床有效性、症状评分和治疗不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率55.00%高于对照组的32.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.042)。治疗后,观察组症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对中晚期肺癌患者在化疗治疗方案基础上配合八珍汤加减治疗能够提高临床总有效性,促进患者各项临床症状缓解,联合治疗可减少因化疗所产生的不良反应,安全性良好。

Objective To explore the clinical value of Bazhen decoction plus reduction on the basis of chemotherapy in patients with middle and advanced lung cancer.Methods 80 cases of middle and advanced lung cancer patients admitted to Jianou City Hospital of Integrative Medicine in Fujian Province from October 2020 to October 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,both 40 cases.The treatment protocols of the two groups were chemotherapy treatment,chemotherapy +Bazhen Tang Plus Reduction treatment,respectively.The clinical effectiveness,symptom scores and incidence of adverse reactions to treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The total effectiveness rate of treatment was 55.00% in the observation group,which was higher than 32.50% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.042).After treatment,the symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of middle and advanced lung cancer patients with Bazhen decoction plus reduction on the basis of chemotherapy can improve the total clinical effectiveness,promote the alleviation of clinical symptoms of patients,and the combined treatment can reduce the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy.
