区域异质性视角下数字普惠金融对农民收入的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Digital Inclusive Finance on Farmers' Income from the Perspective of Regional Heterogeneity

促进农民增收是党和国家在全面推进乡村振兴战略工作中关键一环,利用2013—2021年的省际面板数据,采用固定效应模型实证检验数字普惠金融对农民收入的影响及其区域异质性。研究表明,数字普惠金融与农民收入之间存在显著正相关关系,数字普惠金融普惠广度、使用深度和数字化程度对农民收入均起到促进作用;通过异质性分析发现,数字普惠金融的发展对东部地区的农民收入呈显著正相关关系,但对中西部地区农民收入的影响不显著。基于实证结果提出以下政策启示,通过完善农村数字基础设施,实施区域差异化的数字普惠金融发展策略,加强数字普惠金融的顶层设计,推动数字普惠金融在农村地区全面发展,为乡村振兴做出贡献。

Increasing farmers'income is a key part of the party's and the country's overall rural revitalization strategy.Based on the 2013-2021 provincial panel data,the study used fixed effects model to test the impact of digital inclusive finance on farmers'income and its regional heterogeneity.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between digital inclusive finance and farmers'income.The three dimensions of digital inclusive finance—the extent of financial inclusion,the depth of use and the degree of digitalization—promote farmers'income.As for regional heterogeneity,the development of digital inclusive finance has a significant positive correlation with farmers'income in the eastern region,whereas no such correlation has been found in the central and western regions.Based on the study,the all-round development of digital inclusive finance in rural areas may be promoted by improving rural digital infrastructure,implementing the digital inclusive finance development strategy of regional differentiation and strengthening the top-level design of digital inclusive finance,thus contributing to rural revitalization.
