分析糖尿病肾病患者血清镁离子、糖化血红蛋白与肾损害严重程度的相关性研究进展

Research Progress on the Correlation between Serum Magnesium Ion,Glycosylated Hemoglobin and the Severity of Kidney Damage in Diabetic Nephropathy Patients

摘要 目的分析糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)患者血清镁离子(magnesium ion,Mg2+)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)与肾损害严重程度的相关性。方法随机选择2021年8月—2023年8月新疆喀什地区第一人民医院肾内科接受治疗的200例DKD患者作为研究对象,根据慢性肾脏病分期结果将患者分为肾功能轻度损害组(n=115,CKDⅠ~Ⅲ期)、肾功能重度损害(n=85,CKDⅣ~Ⅴ期)。利用Pearson相关性分析法分析DKD患者血清Mg2+、HbA1c与肾损害严重程度的相关性。结果与肾功能轻度损害组相比较,肾功能重度损害组血清Mg2+水平更低、HbA1c水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);经Pearson相关分析结果显示,DKD患者血清Mg2+与肾损害严重程度呈负相关(r=-0.22,P<0.05);DKD患者HbA1c与肾损害严重程度呈正相关关系(r=0.67,P<0.05)。结论血清Mg2+低、HbA1c水平高均会导致DKD患者产生严重肾损害情况。 Objective To analyze the correlation between serum magnesium ion(Mg2+)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and the severity of kidney damage in patients with diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Methods A total of 200 DKD patients treated in the Department of Nephrology of the Xinjiang Kashgar Prefecture First People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.According to the stage results of chronic kidney disease,the patients were divided into mild renal impairment group(n=115,CKDⅠ-Ⅲ)and severe renal im-pairment group(n=85,CKDⅣ-Ⅴ).Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between serum Mg2+,HbA1c and the severity of renal damage in DKD patients.Results Compared with mild renal impairment group,serum Mg2+level was lower and HbA1c level was higher in severe renal impairment group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum Mg2+in DKD pa-tients was negatively correlated with the severity of renal damage(r=-0.22,P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between HbA1c and the severity of renal damage in DKD patients(r=0.67,P<0.05).Conclusion Low serum Mg2+and high HbA1c levels can lead to severe kidney damage in DKD patients.
