探讨补阳还五汤联合西医治疗糖尿病性下肢动脉粥样硬化病变的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Diabetic Lower Extremity Atherosclerosis

目的探讨补阳还五汤联合西医治疗糖尿病性下肢动脉粥样硬化病变的疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2023年9月泰兴市中医院收治的82例糖尿病性下肢动脉粥样硬化病变患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,各41例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组联合补阳还五汤治疗,分析两组临床疗效。结果研究组治疗后疼痛、冷感、麻木的中医证候积分分别为(1.54±0.43)分、(1.63±0.50)分、(1.58±0.63)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.351、2.318、2.244,P均<0.05);研究组治疗后踝臂指数、胫后动脉、足背动脉指标分别(0.81±0.26)、(2.84±0.39)mm、(1.93±0.28)mm,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.413、8.553、3.417,P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.479,P均<0.05)。结论糖尿病性下肢动脉粥样硬化病变患者采用补阳还五汤联合西医治疗能够改善症状,改善血管内径与踝臂指数指数值,整体治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Western medicine on diabetic lower limb atherosclerosis.Methods A total of 82 patients with diabetic lower extremity atherosclerosis treated in Taixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoc-tion.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed.Results The Chinese medicine syndrome scores of pain,cold sensation and numbness in the study group were(1.54±0.43)points,(1.63±0.50)points and(1.58±0.63)points,respectively,which were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.351,2.318,2.244,all P<0.05).The ankle brachial index,posterior tibial artery and dorsal foot artery indexes after treatment were(0.81±0.26),(2.84±0.39)mm and(1.93±0.28)mm,respectively,which were better than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.413,8.553,3.417,all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 92.68%,which was higher than 75.61%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.479,P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Western medi-cine can improve symptoms,vascular diameter and ankle brachial index value,and the overall treatment effect is sig-nificant.
