二甲双胍维格列汀片治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Metformin and Vigagliptin Tablets in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

目的分析2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝实施二甲双胍维格列汀片治疗的效果。方法选取2022年10月—2023年10月平邑县人民医院消化内科收治的102例2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者作为研究对象,按照单双号分为比照组、调查组,每组51例。比照组行二甲双胍治疗,调查组行二甲双胍维格列汀治疗,对比两组血糖指标、肝功能及不良反应发生情况。结果调查组治疗有效率高于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,调查组血糖水平、总胆红素、谷草转氨酶均低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍维格列汀片能够强化血糖调节效果,有效率高,还能改善肝功能,防控不良反应,对2型糖尿病并非酒精性脂肪肝较适用。

Objective To analyze the effect of metformin and vigagliptin tablets on type 2 diabetes mellitus compli-cated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods A total of 102 patients with type 2 diabetes combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease admitted to the gastroenterology department of Pingyi County People's Hospital from Octo-ber 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into comparison group and investiga-tion group according to odd-even numbers,with 51 cases in each group.The group was treated with metformin and the investigation group was treated with metformin and vigagliptin.The blood glucose index,liver function and the oc-currence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the in-vestigation group was higher than that in the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Af-ter treatment,the blood glucose level,total bilirubin and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase in the investigation group were lower than those in the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Met-formin and vigagliptin tablets can strengthen the effect of blood glucose regulation,with high efficiency,improve liver function,prevent and control adverse reactions,and is more suitable for type 2 diabetes mellitus but not alcoholic fatty liver disease.
